Our client, a leading manufacturer, is hiring a 1st - Custom Finishing team member to support production initiatives. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to meeting client deadlines.

Job Title: 1st - Custom Finishing

Location: West Manchester Township, PA

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 7AM-3PM

What's the Job?

• Collating and counting materials to ensure accuracy in production.
• Boxing finished products for shipment.
• Shrink wrapping items to maintain quality and safety during transport.
• Standing for long periods while performing hands-on tasks.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting client schedules.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
