SPORDA Tech is looking for an ideal candidate for the position of a Project Manager in the Public Safety domain . Ideal candidate will have previous work experience in managing emergency response / analog/IP-based telephony projects for emergency communications networks.
Project Overview
Title : NG911 CORE ESINET Project Manager
Location : Hybrid – 3 days onsite , Brooklyn, NY; 2 days remote
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex IT projects related to the Next Generation 911 (NG911) system.
Oversee all phases of project development from inception through production.
Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and telecom vendors.
Implement ESInet infrastructure for PSAP (Public Safety Answering Points).
Provide project management to support engineering, systems deployment, monitoring, and configuration.
Mandatory Qualifications
8+ years of experience managing analog/IP-based telephony projects for emergency communications networks.
Desirable Qualifications
5+ years in vendor management.
PMP certification (highly desired).
Experience with IP systems, Networking, SQL, Security, Telephony (TDM, VoIP, CTI).
Familiarity with SDLC, user requirements, executive presentations, and large-scale emergency services systems.
