Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This position is located out of Canton, OH and offers a hybrid work arrangement after training. This is an excellent opportunity for growth in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and payments for special orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner closely with a team member to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
• Perform data entry and maintain records with precision.
• Use Excel extensively for formatting, editing, and applying formulas.

• Handle repetitive tasks while recognizing the unique aspects of each order.

Qualifications:

• Open to entry-level candidates or those with a few years of accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel (formatting, editing, formulas required)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
