The ideal Accounts Receivable Specialist, Collections will have proven skills in providing excellent and effective credit and collection services and maintaining trusted relationships with both external and internal customers. Primary duties include making outbound collection calls, determining how invoices are to be delivered; ensuring Purchase Orders are correctly entered and reflected on customer invoices to facilitate prompt payment; evaluating past-due accounts; adjustments and customer refunds; reconciling customer payments; ensuring tax exempt documentation has been collected; and any other billing and collection task necessary to facilitate customer payment.
