This is a remote position.

Schedule:Flexible within general Purity Coffee working hours of 9 am to 6 pm Eastern time Monday through Friday.

This job position is open exclusively to U.S. residents.

Job Summary

Purity Coffee is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Affiliate Marketing Assistant to support the daily operations of our affiliate and influencer programs. This part-time role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in performance marketing, influencer relations, and digital campaign coordination.

Youll play a key role in keeping our programs running smoothlyfreeing up our Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to focus on strategic growth initiatives. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale revenue and improve the partner experience.

Job Responsibilities

Influencer & Affiliate Program Support:

• Review inbound affiliate applications and assist with approvals
• Respond to influencer inquiries via Gorgias using approved templates; escalate as needed
• Onboard new affiliates:
  • Create and manage discount codes
  • Activate partners in Refersion
  • Coordinate collection of W-9
    

• Enroll new affiliates in onboarding email flow

• Coordinate product shipments for influencer collaborations
• Draft contracts and submit influencer invoices for processing
• Approve affiliate conversions and assist with payout coordination
  

Email & Campaign Coordination::

• Support campaign execution in Klaviyo:
  • Upload segments
  • Insert campaign content
  • Schedule sends

Job Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable using (or willing to learn) tools such as Klaviyo, Refersion, and Gorgias
• Interest in marketing, influencer partnerships, or affiliate programs
• Proactive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn
• Bonus: Experience with eCommerce, wellness brands, or affiliate marketing platforms
  

Physical Requirements

• Working on a computer for the majority of the workday
