The Senior Agile Coach will lead efforts to tailor Agile and DevSecOps practices to meet the unique needs of package, configuration, SaaS, and non-traditional development teams and products. As part of a transformational initiative, this role will contribute to the operating model, scaling approach, and playbooks. Partnering with IT and business leaders to apply these practices through continuous learning and improvement will be key. Responsibilities Deliver hands-on training and coaching of defined Agile practices to individual teams and programs. Drive continuous improvement to enable higher-performing programs, organizations, and teams with improved business and customer outcomes. Coach Agile Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Team Members (Analysts, Developers, Testers), and Leaders. Define and implement scaled Agile techniques and practices when necessary. Advance adoption through partnering and influencing change. Collaborate with teams and programs to discover their needs and align coaching with organizational strategy. Plan and deliver instruction and coaching tailored to team maturity and goals. Facilitate or coordinate team and cross-team planning events such as rolling wave planning, Increment Planning, or similar ceremonies. Qualifications Experience : 6+ years as an Agile team member (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Analyst, or Engineering practice lead). 3+ years as an Agile Coach or similar role in a Lean or Scrum environment, with experience standing up new teams. Knowledge : Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies. Working knowledge of Agile techniques (Scrum, Kanban, User Story Writing, XP) and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS). Skills : Ability to influence change across teams and leadership through collaboration and relationship building. Strong facilitation, training development, and conflict management skills. Experience with Agile engineering practices (CI/CD, TDD, Pair Programming, Automated Testing, Evolutionary Design). Certifications : Agile certifications from Scrum Alliance, ICAgile, PMI, SAFe, or similar organizations.
