Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a dependable and motivated Equipment Technician to join their team in Salinas, CA. The role involves maintaining and repairing a variety of agricultural equipment, including small engines and hydraulic systems, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key skills include knowledge or experience with agricultural operations, trucks, heavy agricultural equipment, and small engine pump repair. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least 2 years of experience in operation, repair, and maintenance of small equipment, diesel and gasoline engines, and hydraulic equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, maintaining inventory records, fabricating parts, conducting safety inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
