Join Mary Washington Healthcare as a BC/BE Anesthesiologist in a newly formed Department of Anesthesiology. Work with top surgeons and care teams in a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration. Enjoy a strong work-life balance with 9 weeks’ PTO, CME time, and limited overnight call (1-2 times per month) and weekend work (6-7 per year). Practice across three facilities: Mary Washington Hospital (Level II Trauma Center), Stafford Hospital, and Fredericksburg Ambulatory Surgery Center, with a wide case mix including neurosurgery, thoracic, pediatrics, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, acute care surgery, colorectal, advanced endoscopy, interventional radiology, and electrophysiology. Cardiac anesthesia is available but not required; fellowship training and TEE certification preferred. Participate in medical direction of CRNAs, work with residents, and engage in academic activities such as lectures, simulation, research, and mentorship. Nightly cardiac call is compensated.
