Job Title: Rebuild Technician
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Transmission Rebuild Technician who will be responsible for tearing down and rebuilding transmissions, transfer cases, and differentials using hand, power, and pneumatic tools. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a manufacturing environment with an assembly line for transmission tear downs. Additionally, there is a warehouse where products are received and shipped. The facility has 22 employees, with plans to expand by 8 more. The dress code includes wearing jeans, steel-toed boots, and either a shirt or sweatshirt. The position operates on the 1st shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of ZUMBROTA, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
