Circuit Board Assembler - 1st Shift
Job Description We are growingand looking for motivated individuals to learn our business and grow with us! Openings on 1st shift: - Monday - Thursday (5am to 3:30pm)

The Assembler role is perfect for individuals whoenjoy hands on work. We have tasks forall skill levels, ranging from hand placing components on circuit boards toassembling complex electrical devices.

JobSummary & Essential Functions: Perform assemblyoperations of printed circuit boards according to established operatingprocedures by performing the following duties:
\n - Reading and interpreting technical documentation to understand where components should be placed and how they should be connected
\n - Selecting and mounting electronic components like transistors, resistors, and capacitors
\n - Maintain a clean and organized work environment and equipment
\n - Recommend changes in documentation to ensure high quality results
\n - Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members
\n - Perform other assignments as required
\n - Work under close supervision
\n - May receive direction from group leader
\n - Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.

Skills & Qualifications Required Skills &Qualifications: \n - Attention to detail: crucial for component placement and quality assembling
\n - Manual dexterity: necessary for handling small components and using hand tools effectively
\n - Team work: good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a team
