Job Title: Production - Assembly Technician

Location: Gainesville, FL

Position Type: Full-time

Shift: 6am - 4:30pm

Pay: $14/hr

Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Production Employees at our Gainesville manufacturing plant. As a Production Employee, you will play a crucial role in the production process, manufacturing outdoor sporting equipment.

Responsibilities

1. Operate and monitor machinery to ensure the production process runs smoothly.
2. Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
3. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
5. Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of products.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move materials as required.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
