The Assistant Athletic Director reports to the Athletic Director and is responsible for supporting the Athletics program and its student-athletes. The Assistant Athletic Director supports outstanding achievement and success in the various dimensions of the Athletics Program and serves as a very public member of the Moreau Catholic community.
To assist the Athletic Director in administering all office responsibilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The employee must be able to set up, take down, and move athletic equipment. The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs while performing his/her duties. The employee must be able to use a ladder to move equipment and supplies.
The Assistant Athletic Director should have a passion for excellence and the commitment to advancing education and athletics at Moreau Catholic in the Holy Cross tradition. This important leader serves as a role model to our extraordinary students. To perform the job successfully, the individual should be able to support students with gentle firmness, displaying compassion and empathy while treating all stakeholders with dignity. The Assistant Athletic Director must possess the ability to perform as part of a team and have strong interpersonal skills; have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of audiences; needs strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask; meet challenges with a sense of humor and a “can do it” attitude.

Annual Salary: $72,916 - $89,676
