Job Description

• Assist the Project Manager in the daily oversight and coordination of high-rise concrete construction projects
• Help manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations
• Participate in RFI submissions, submittal tracking, and change order management
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress aligns with project milestones
• Work closely with superintendents and foremen to support jobsite productivity and quality
• Support procurement of materials and coordination with vendors
• Help maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all jobsite regulations

The Successful Applicant

• Must have prior experience working for a shell contractor on high-rise apartment or condo projects
• 2-5 years of construction experience in an APM, Project Engineer, or similar support role
• Solid understanding of concrete construction, structural systems, and project coordination
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project is a plus
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and grow
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required if equivalent experience is present
