What You'll Do Every Day Rub shoulders with successful entrepreneurs shaping the healthcare marketing industry. Create cutting-edge SEO strategies for multi-million-dollar clients. Lead and inspire your own SEO team to achieve ambitious goals and get bonused on results. Dig into keyword research and competitor analysis, uncovering new opportunities to dominate rankings. Leverage top-tier tools like SEMRush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and more. Partner with the web development, and paid media teams to craft holistic marketing solutions. Work closely with company leaders and executives, gaining visibility and influence on key decisions. Drive continual innovation and improvement within your department. Skills You Need Expertise in tools like SEMRush, Screaming Frog, GA4, WordPress, Clearscope, Market Muse, Moz, Ahrefs, Majestic and beyond. Proven experience in SEO strategy development and implementation that moves the needle. Impeccable account management and client-facing communication skills. Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and inspire a team. Knowledge of advanced keyword research, technical SEO, and on-page/off-page optimization. Proficiency in Google Suite, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. Organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
