Associate Sales Manager I - Stroke - Great Lakes/Chicago Job Title: Associate Sales Manager I - Great Lakes/Chicago region Location: This position is remote, based in the Chicago area. As part of our team, you’d be developing breakthroughs that will revolutionize the future of stroke care. Our focus is on the needs of the patient, and they come first in everything we do. What You’ll Do: Provide sales support for existing accounts and new accounts within assigned geography. Offer solutions based on established sales guidelines and procedures. Identify opportunities for modification and growth. Meet sales objectives and metric targets on assigned geography on a quarterly basis. Support new product launches to optimize product performance and drive adoption. Develop and maintain strong relationships with physician advocates within assigned accounts. Collaborate with marketing to help with product collateral and programs as necessary. Participate in account management activities such as inventory counts and product support. Coordinate and manage a call plan for the week/quarter together to support sales leaders. Deliver sales presentations that focus on Imperative Care product features and benefits. Assist in the management of complications with assigned accounts and determine resources needed to meet challenges. Complete administrative requirements (including expenses) in a timely and accurate fashion. Maintain company standards involving ethical and moral character while professionally representing the company. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the medical device, vascular or pharmaceutical industries; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience. Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to adapt to changing work priorities. Effective interpersonal skills with ability to maintain strong working relationships. Excellent reading, verbal, and written communication skills; strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
