Job Description

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a licensed Athletic Trainer. The CMH Sports Medicine Center at Douglas Medical Center is under the direction of our board-certified Athletic Trainer with over 20 years of experience.

Athletic Trainers work with the area schools, physicians, nurses, coaches and school administration to coordinate proper care. Care will be provided at the school during the school year and the Rehab Department when school is out of session.

A typical day will include: Completing medical evaluations, concussion management, primary injury care at athletic events, and rehabilitation of shoulders, arms, hands, necks, backs and legs.

This position is: PRN, evenings from 4pm-10pm.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training
• Experience: New graduates welcome; 1 year of experience preferred
• Skills: Patient care
• Licensure/Certification: Licensed by the Missouri Board of Registration
