As West Herr Auto Group in Buffalo, NY continues to grow, we need to expand the sales Business development center. We are looking to hire multiple full-time Customer Service Representatives. The BDC offers flexible scheduling, including work from home options for the right candidates.

Responsibilities - BDC Sales Representative:  

• Attend product and sales training
• Answer internet and telephone inquiries from potential customers seeking information about vehicle availability and pricing
• Schedule several appointments per day for potential customers to visit our dealership so we can sell them a vehicle
• Be enthusiastic and create excitement about our products
• Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals

Requirements – BDC Sales Representative:

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills 
• Ability to remain organized

• Team player 
• Desire to help people 
• Professional and reliable/punctual 
• Basic computer skills
