Entry Level B2B Sales Representative

Fuller Agencies - Globe Life of Overland Park is seeking motivated insurance professionals to join our team as independent contractors serving the Overland Park, Kansas area and surrounding business communities.

Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, career-minded individuals to represent our life insurance and supplemental health insurance solutions as independent Benefits Service Representatives. This opportunity includes comprehensive training and ongoing support with unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with individuals and families on life insurance and supplemental health insurance needs
• Analyze client financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through personalized service
• Present insurance proposals and conduct client consultations
• Meet sales targets and performance metrics
• Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes
• Participate in ongoing training through Globe Life University and field training programs
• Develop territory and client base through prospecting and referrals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
• Resilience and persistence in overcoming challenges
• Coachability and willingness to learn from experienced mentors
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• College education beneficial but not mandatory
• Sales or customer service experience
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Drive and determination for success in commission-based environment
