Main Responsibilities of a Barista:

Baristas are the heart of Starbucks. As a barista, you’re skilled in connecting and creating moments, and an expert in handcrafting delicious beverages. You all work together to create a welcoming store environment, bringing our mission and values to life—for our customers and each other—while proudly wearing the green apron.

Responsibilities of a Barista:

Baristas should be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while also maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. They should also be flexible, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must have prior experience as a barista.
• Must be skilled in using various coffee preparation techniques.
• Must be skilled in operating and maintaining coffee equipment.
• Must showcase great sales and presentational skills.
• Must have attention to detail
• Must have adaptability
• Must have the ability to learn new systems, processes, and recipes
