Our Story

Founded in 2017 in Austin, TX, ABC started with humble roots and big aspirations. From just 1 BCBA and 1 center, we have grown into a community of over 3,000 strong, dedicated to serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

We focus on intentional growth, nurturing each center and community of teammates.

Your Role at ABC

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Sr. BCBA:

  • Manage day-to-day cases for children on the autism spectrum
  • Conduct initial intake and recurring assessments
  • Collect data and create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide 30+ treatment hours per week
  • Offer consistent family guidance
  • Lead and educate your team of Registered Behavior Therapists
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team aligned with ABC’s core values
  • Assist with discharge and transition planning

As a Clinical Director:

  • Be the clinical counterpart to the Operations Manager
  • Engage, mentor, and inspire BCBAs and RBTs while managing a client caseload
  • Ensure clinical quality training and compliance
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide 15+ treatment hours per week
  • Offer consistent family guidance
  • Collaborate with a team dedicated to ABC's core values
  • Assist with intakes and discharge planning

What You Bring to ABC

  • Current BCBA Certification: Or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month
  • Experience as a BCBA or Senior BCBA
  • Clinical Director candidates must have at least 3 years of BCBA certification
  • A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families!
