We are currently recruiting for experienced Automotive Paint Detailers . EOEPaid vacation, holidays and sick/personal days.Apply to: Duties:This position is responsible for ensuring a quality appearance on refinished panels after paint application by utilizing finishing abrasives, buffing equipment and compounds.Inspect refinished body panels for proper color match and acceptable finish.Prepare surface for buffing, utilizing proper finish sanding products and technique.maintain OEM paint texture quality standards by buffing refinished panels to standards utilizing buffer, correct buffing technique, compounds and polishes. Inspect vehicle surfaces for overspray and remove as needed.Remove and clean all compound or polish residue from buffed panels completely and inspect for acceptable finish quality.Replace and install pin stripes or decals.Adhere to all safety and health procedures and participate in ongoing training.Qualifications:Must posses a strong work ethic and be comfortable in a fast pace environment.Minimum 1 year work experience sanding and buffing painted areas.Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail.Must have valid drivers license.
