The FBA Central Analytics team develops analytics solutions and scalable data infrastructure to support strategic decision-making across global FBA programs. We seek a highly analytical Business Analyst who enjoys working with data, collaborating across functions, and delivering impactful reporting solutions. You will contribute to developing centralized analytics tools, partner with analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to build dashboards, support metric standardization, and provide insights for business decisions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and document reporting needs. Develop and enhance reporting solutions, including dashboards, reports, and analyses. Support harmonization of key performance metrics by defining consistent metrics, dimensions, and data sources. Translate business needs into technical specifications for dashboards and data infrastructure. Perform data validation and quality checks for reporting accuracy. Conduct deep-dives and exploratory analyses to identify trends and opportunities. Partner with Data Engineers to troubleshoot data issues and improve data pipelines. Maintain documentation such as metric catalogs and data dictionaries. Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through reports and presentations. Basic Qualifications 3+ years in analytics, finance, or related fields 5+ years experience with Excel (VBA, pivot tables, etc.) and data visualization tools like Tableau 3+ years in business or financial analysis Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience defining requirements and deriving insights from data Proficiency in SQL Ability to make business recommendations and influence stakeholders Preferred Qualifications 2+ years as a business or data analyst Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
