This leadership role involves the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-wide compliance and risk management systems, as well as the standardization of processes. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of the corporate compliance plan, oversee compliance training for all staff, and manage a system for confidential reporting and investigation of compliance concerns.
