Key responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, owning financial performance, implementing operational systems, and driving the strategy for market expansion and new venue openings. Applicants for the CEO or COO position at the company must have a strong background in executive leadership within the relevant industries, with experience managing annual revenues of $20M–$100M+ across multiple high-volume locations. The role requires deep operational expertise, a balance of strategic vision, and hands-on execution, as well as skills in P&L ownership, team development, and guest experience strategy.
