About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary and strategic CEO to lead its mission of empowering young voters and fostering a more inclusive and representative democracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization in a way that reflects and advances its mission, creating and implementing a data-driven plan to engage and mobilize young people to vote, and diversifying revenue through a strong fundraising program. The CEO will be the primary spokesperson, representing the organization to the media and the public, and will be expected to lead with transparency, integrity, and a commitment to empowering young people. Ideal candidates for the CEO position at the company will have a proven track record in executive leadership, particularly in a high-impact, mission-driven organization. They should be adept at managing and inspiring diverse teams, with a strong background in fundraising and donor engagement. The role demands a leader who can influence, inspire, and build collaboration toward a common vision, as well as navigate a complex political landscape with savviness. A commitment to centering equity and inclusion in all aspects of leadership is essential. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, ensure the organization's day-to-day operations are efficient, and cultivate relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. The position is pivotal in maintaining the organization's status as a transformative force for youth civic engagement and requires a candidate who can establish long-term strategic goals and guide sustainable growth.
