The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their senior leadership team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in refining and developing business models to adapt to changes in the economic landscape. This strategic leader will be responsible for financial and functional decision-making, day-to-day fiscal management, and supporting the organization's growth. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the executive team on strategic plans, leading financial policies and processes, mentoring the finance team, and overseeing procurement and grant management practices. The CFO will also be involved in financial operations, budgeting, and forecasting, and will be the primary liaison for financial matters with the Board of Directors. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA, CPA, or equivalent certification. A minimum of 5-10 years experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a management role, is required. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial operations, strong skills in managing large-scale finances, and proficiency in presenting financial analysis to non-financial stakeholders. Experience in grants management, and procurement, and a background in nonprofit and grants funding are preferred. The CFO must also demonstrate excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and a strong commitment to ethical practices and customer service.
