Job Description

Position Summary:

As a Cleaning Associate at Five O Fore Golf + Entertainment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests and team members. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all public and back-of-house areas, including the golf bays, restrooms, lounge, event spaces, and offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning of golf bays, tables, seating areas, and guest-use equipment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, floors, windows, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
• Refill supplies in restrooms and guest areas (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.).
• Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to appropriate disposal areas.
• Assist with event setup and post-event cleanup when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of employee break areas and back-of-house storage rooms.
• Use proper cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to training.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs to management.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Support the overall appearance and cleanliness of the facility, indoors and out.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be detail-oriented and reliable.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs during shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Working Conditions:

• Physical activity including long periods (6-8 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and scooping

• The employee will be required regularly to reach with arms and hands

• The employee occasionally will be required to lift up to 45 lbs.

• Dishwashing areas are often warm and humid due to hot water and steam.

• The environment may be noisy due to dishwashing machines and kitchen activities.

• Work extended hours during special events and holiday season.

• Work weekends and holidays
