Position Definition: TheCleaning Staffshall be responsible for all cleaning activities for CLIU #21 office locations. Relationship: TheCleaning Staffshall be directly responsible to the Operations Manager. Qualifications: Education/Experience:
Experience in all aspects of cleaning buildings.
High school diploma or GED, preferred.

Demonstrates the ability to maintain complete confidentiality.

Demonstrates the ability to organize, plan, and manage job responsibilities in order to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates the ability to complete tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
Attends work regularly at assigned work hours subject to lawful leave rights and responsibilities.
Physical:
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, lift, reach, communicate (vision, hearing, and speech), and convey sufficient weight to safely and effectively carry out functions, duties, and responsibilities.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
Ability to independently ambulate in and around work locations.
Ability to travel to and from assigned work locations without employer support.
Ability to exhibit good manual dexterity to effectively carry out functions, duties, and responsibilities.
Authority: TheCleaning Staffwill have the authority to perform all functions listed below in accordance with established policies and procedures. Functions/Duties/Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function/duty/responsibility at acceptable standards. Cleans CLIU #21 office locations, including, but not limited to, rest rooms, floors, offices, conference rooms, kitchen areas, lobby, loading dock, and all-purpose room.
Disposes of all trash and recycling into dumpsters.
Works with the Operations Manager on semi-annual building cleaning projects.
Responsible for building security after building staff leaves the premises.
Secondary:
Assists visitors who are using the facility in the evening.
