Position: Commercial Litigation Attorney 3-7 years
Hirsch & Westheimer, P.C. seeks to immediately hire a Commercial Litigation Attorney .
Requirements :
· Must be licensed in the State of Texas
· Must have at least 3-7 years of experience
· Experience with handling a commercial litigation docket, from answering the lawsuit through trial, in both federal and state courts. Banking and/or bankruptcy experience with emphasis on the creditor side is a plus, but is not required.
