Job Description

The Assistant at Luxe District plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our creative coworking space and lounge. You'll provide administrative support, help to foster a vibrant community, and ensure our space remains welcoming and efficiently run.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Provide top-notch customer service to members, including handling inquiries, problems, and providing information about our space and services.
  2. Assist the Community Manager in planning and hosting community events, such as workshops, networking events, and social gatherings.
  3. Manage scheduling for meeting rooms and event spaces within the coworking area and lounge.
  4. Assist in coordinating catering and setup/cleanup for events and meetings.
  5. Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the space, liaising with janitorial staff or external vendors as necessary.
  6. Handle administrative tasks, such as processing payments, updating member records, and managing mail and package delivery for members.
  7. Conduct tours for prospective members and assist in onboarding new members.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a coworking or hospitality environment.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented attitude.
  3. Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software, productivity apps, and basic office equipment.
  4. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. Flexibility to work outside standard business hours for special events as needed.
  7. High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
