  • Develop and manage project governance frameworks, ensuring documentation, controls, and audit trails are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement effective risk management strategies, issue tracking, and mitigation planning.
  • Deliver clear, structured reporting to senior leadership on project compliance, audit readiness, and key risk indicators.
  • Support the development and rollout of compliance training, process improvements, and project controls.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, legal/compliance functions, and business stakeholders to ensure regulatory transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor adherence to contractual and regulatory obligations, performing assessments and reviews to drive continuous compliance improvement.

You will apply expert knowledge in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), bringing structure and discipline to diverse programs while enabling successful delivery in regulated environments. Representing our brand with clients, you will be at the forefront of ensuring project integrity and business resilience.

Who You Are

You bring 5–10 years of experience in project or program management with a strong emphasis on compliance, governance, or risk. You hold a bachelor's degree and have a passion for building structured, compliant frameworks within project environments. Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or compliance-focused credentials (e.g., CRMP, CISA, or certifications in regulatory affairs, GRC, or audit) are highly valued.
