Salary:

Murray Company seeks a highly skilled, proactive, result-driven sales professional to join our Business Development team.

As director of business development , you will develop and implement the development strategy for the company. You will be responsible for achieving the annual sales goals and objectives of the organization. By maintaining a high level of enthusiasm, you will be responsible for cultivating and fostering relationships to achieve a robust pipeline to drive business growth in the healthcare construction industry.

Skills & Qualifications include:

• Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and at least five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Business development experience
• Commercial construction experience preferred
• Available to national travel for business growth, with up to 75% travel based on organizational needs
• Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate across external partner organizations and internal teams
