Construction Project Manager I | Onsite – Arlington, VA

💼 Full-Time | $80K–$130K

We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager I who’s not only great with schedules and scopes—but with people, purpose, and precision. You’ll work on federal construction projects that matter , driving results that go far beyond bricks and mortar.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support and help manage 1–2 ongoing construction projects valued between $1M–$100M .
• Perform site evaluations, surveys, and code compliance reviews with confidence.
• Assist with scopes of work, cost estimates, pre-bid planning, and design reviews .
• Monitor construction progress, permits, submittals, invoicing, and organize all documentation.
• Join weekly/monthly project meetings to assess timelines, risks, and success factors.
• Work independently to gather project data from diverse stakeholders—always professionally and on time.
• Maintain and present key performance metrics and technical reports to leadership using Excel and web-based tools .
• Help develop project milestone schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and program efficiency.

📌 You Must Have:

• A BS in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with 5+ years of experience
• OR
• An Active General Contractor/Construction Trades License with 10+ years of experience
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to pass and maintain a Public Trust security clearance

✨ Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience supporting Pentagon WHS programs
• Prior work as an Owner’s Representative for federal agencies
• Familiarity with DoD construction environments
