Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal for a full-time position in downtown Orlando. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for this position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of recent experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with entity formations, corporate governance, and maintenance of corporate records.
• Prepare and file corporate documents, including partnership agreements and annual reports.
• Conduct UCC searches and filings, and assist with securities compliance.
• Manage intellectual property filings and coordinate closing checklists and binders.
• Perform legal research and prepare summaries as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, M&A transactions, and intellectual property matters.
• Proficiency in preparing and filing corporate documents and managing closing processes.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Experience using legal research tools and practice management software.
