Description Summary Malibu Boats is the world's leading manufacturer of premium wake and surf boats. Our marketing team drives that vision with bold creative, storytelling, and flawless execution.
We're looking for a hands-on, production-focused creative to join our team as a Creative Production Designer to help bring the Malibu and Axis brands to life through consistent, high-quality execution across digital, print, and event materials. This role focuses on applying existing creative concepts and templates provided by our agency partners, updating web content, organizing assets in our DAM, and producing various marketing assets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Creative Asset Development
- Design and produce marketing collateral across digital and print channels, including brochures, ads, presentations, email graphics, social content, and event materials.
- Develop and adapt creative for web, digital campaigns, and dealer needs while maintaining brand standards.
- Digital & Web
- Provide creative assets for Malibu's website and digital campaigns.
- Maintain and update content using a CMS (no coding required, but CMS fluency expected).
- Asset Management
- Organize, tag, and update digital assets, ensuring the marketing team has quick access to the most current materials.
- Photo & Video Support
- Perform light photo retouching, image optimization, and video editing (short cuts, resizing, color adjustments) as needed.
- Provide onsite support at photo/video shoots as needed.
- Creative Collaboration
- Assist with campaign development tasks such as moodboard creation or light copy editing when needed. Ensure consistent application of the Malibu and Axis brand identities across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal marketing team to ensure final deliverables meet brand and technical specifications.

Qualifications: - 2-5 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; After Effects/Premiere a plus).
- Experience working within and updating a CMS.
- Strong design sense with attention to detail, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, resourceful, and eager to contribute to both production and creative development.
- Interest in boating, outdoor, or lifestyle brands a plus.
Language Skills: Ability to effectively present & communicate information to management
Other Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software systems;
- Demonstrate a passion and a responsibility for the consumer;
