Job Description:

As a Creative Program Manager, you will manage the development and creative execution of localized branded device packaging and publications. You will work closely with regional Go-to-Market and cross-functional US resources to ensure the necessary process steps are planned and executed, while communicating progress against target costs and schedules.

Primary responsibilities :

• Plan for and manage the creative development of international packaging & in-box publication design initiatives, which include graphic design, print production artwork, localization, and handoff of final artwork to the supplier.
• Lead creative development with regional teams, 3P vendors, and suppliers. Includes communicating schedules & next steps, solidifying localized design direction and production, content (text and assets), and executing within the artwork files, ensuring accuracy.
• Create and manage regional program schedules. Forecast and plan resources for assigned programs.
• Delegate and prioritize tasks to creative resources.
• Schedule and facilitate reviews with internal stakeholders.
• Manage other creative or internal projects as assigned.
• Develop or support process improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or related studies.
• 7+ years of experience in packaging & publication design program management or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in managing complex projects.
• Experience with web-based project management software (Wrike or Asana)
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Adobe CS (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-driven work environment.
• Ability to earn trust, engage, and influence people and teams at every level in the organization.
• Can easily shift from thinking big to rolling up your sleeves to execute smaller tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Program or Project management experience in a design/agency/creative environment.
• Experience in localized region-based creative artwork (2D and 3D) development.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of activities with constant changes.
• Enthusiasm for getting “hands-on” in collaborative team environments.
• Proven ability to balance long-term visioning with immediate needs.
• Experience in consumer electronics packaging.

• Web-based project management (Airtable/ Asana/ Wrike)
• Adobe CS
• High level communication/organization
