Location: Head Over Heels Palrin, Middletown & East Brunswick
Schedule: Part-Time

• MondayFriday: 3:30 PM 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:45 AM 1:30 PM

About the Role
At Head Over Heels, were on a mission to create an unforgettable experience for every family that walks through our doorsand it starts with you! As a Customer Experience Host , youll be the first friendly face our students and families see. Your goal? Make every visit feel magical, seamless, and joyful delivering the kind of customer service youd expect from a world-class theme park.

This role is perfect for someone who is upbeat, professional, loves working with kids, and enjoys bringing energy and order into a fun, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with enthusiasm, positivity, and a warm smile
• Direct students and families to the correct classrooms or activity areas
• Assist with check-ins using our iPad system
• Provide information on class schedules, events, and studio policies
• Promote and help register customers for seasonal programs, camps, and events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front lobby
• Ensure every guest feels acknowledged, supported, and excited to be here
• Communicate with staff to ensure smooth transitions and excellent lobby experience
• Represent and promote the Head Over Heels mission: Learning through Joy and Excellence
• Stay active and on your feet for the duration of your shift (4+ hours)

What Were Looking For

• 17+ years old with reliable transportation
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk roles
• Bright, bubbly, and engaging personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Love working with families and children
• Energetic, positive, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
• Punctual, professional, and ready to help
• Strong team player who takes initiative
