Our client in Broomall is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their growing team!


Customer Service Representative Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
• Pay Rate: $18-19/HR
• Healthcare benefits after 30 days!
• Weekly pay
• Room for growth - casual work environment/dress code
• Onsite training offered

Customer Service Representative Job Description:

• Manage incoming/outgoing calls from law firms, courthouses, hospitals, etc.
• Obtain legal/medical records requested by clients and providing status updates
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Must have experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Data entry skills and the ability to multi-task
