Job Title: Data Entry and Word Processing Employment Type: Contract Work Hours: 40 hrs./week Work site: 100% Onsite Location: 1150 Forest Hill Rd, Staten Island, NY Closing: 07/24/2025. Job Summary: The New York State Business Office is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to assist with data entry and word processing tasks, as well as to provide general administrative support for key Business Office functions. The selected candidate will be expected to work in a professional office setting and use Microsoft Office applications to complete their duties accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry into various systems Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Word and Excel Process applications and manage digital files Provide general administrative support to office staff Maintain organized records and assist with office tasks as needed Qualifications: Experience in an office environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong communication and organizational skills ttention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Misc. Information: Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9 am-5 pm. ll interviews will be conducted remotely.
