Job Overview
Kindheart Dental Care of Suwanee is a new dental office in Suwanee Georgia. We focus on providing our patients with clinical excellence and seamless overall patient experience. We work to not only improve our patients' health but also your professional experience in the office. We value our team member so our team can be the best version of themselves.

This position requires a positive personality, excellent communication skills, and attention to details.

Hours:  We see patients MTR 8-5pm and WF 8-1 pm but our team is expected to be present at MTR 7:40am - 5:30PM / WF 7:40am - 1:30PM. 1 hour lunch 1-2pm

Responsibilities

• Positive mindset and open to learn.
• Proficiency with using intraoral scanner for crowns, bridges, and experience in orthodontics is a plus
• Maintain patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
• Review appointment scheduling daily and patient flow to optimize office efficiency.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of the treatment area.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
• Attentively monitoring the well-being of each patient and providing necessary support to maintain their comfort throughout their visit.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 years of experience is required
• X-ray Certification required
• Familiarity with dental software Oryx is a plus.
• Able to use or be trained with intra oral scanner.
• Packing cord and making temporary crown.
