Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated strategic thinker responsible for strategy creation and collaboration with US CIO strategy, TI, and GS offices. This role involves developing and maintaining MI reporting, financial forecasting, and modeling transformation outcomes and local M&A roadmaps. What will you do? Coordinate development and inputs into the regional cyber strategy, managing reviews, refreshes, approvals, and socialization. Orchestrate regional input into the global cyber strategy and related materials. Develop MI and reporting decks, including board-level materials, in partnership with the CyberOps communications and analytics team. Maintain roadmaps and track strategic implementation, metrics, outcomes, and success measures. Establish financial baselines for the region, defining 'walks' to illustrate financial outcomes of regional transformation. Partner with the finance team to prepare budgets that enhance cost-efficiency and regional value. Create templates and materials for regional cyber forums and committees. Define financial models for M&A activities and strategies for visualizing cyber costs and value in the region. Coordinate regional all-hands and communication needs, managing local HR systems for matrixed management. Engage with regional business management to align cyber security with business strategies and initiatives. What do you need to succeed? Must-have: University degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity. 5+ years in business management. 3+ years in financial forecasting, modeling, and creating visuals. 3+ years in strategic relationship management and strategy development. 2-4 years in financial services or regulated industries at management level. Strong business and financial acumen with operational mindset. Ability to build sustainable relationships and coach across a matrix organization. Additional earnings possible through discretionary variable compensation based on performance.
