Copford prides itself on its stability, supportive atmosphere, strong sense of teamwork, and an office environment rooted in the spirit of hospitality. We are a small team of professionals, working closely to achieve large goals. • Select and negotiate contracts with general contractors; oversee bidding, pricing, and procurement.
  • Coordinate design teams, consultants, contractors, and hotel operations to ensure efficient execution.
  • Direct FF&E selection, purchasing, delivery, and installation; reconcile costs at project completion.
  • Maintain project schedules and critical paths; communicate delays, risks, and resolutions proactively.

  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; project scheduling software a plus.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Thrives under tight deadlines; strong attention to detail.
