You will partner with our teams to ensure best practices.This role requires an individual with strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business/marketing needs to technical requirements. In addition, to bringing functional SEO knowledge and strategy to the organization, you will be a strong team leader and a desired partner.You will help your team develop functional knowledge and career skills to raise and help them achieve their full potential. You will provide clear prioritization and rationale for your initiatives and will listen and carefully consider our client's needs and objectives.Responsibilities:Working with cross-functional teams to instill SEO best practices, update processes, and improve communicationServe as a leader for a team of SEO experts, aiding in career development and coachingPlan, develop and implement the overall SEO strategy for our clients, across on and off-page content, and technical SEOEstablish program KPIs and drive execution to achieve quarterly revenue and customer goals to support overall company growth targets.Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices, and communicate those to key stakeholdersLead the selection and management of external tools & partner ecosystemDevelop and expand internal tool development (focus on AI)Build and optimize channel operating processes and routinesCreate, guide, and manage channel reporting and underlying data structurePerform competitive and industry benchmarkingDevelop and execute successful SEO strategiesManage a team of SEO SpecialistsConduct keyword research to guide content teamsReview technical SEO issues and recommend fixesOptimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copyCollect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspectsKeep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trendsWe'd like to see:10+ years of progressive experience in SEO, Search Marketing, Web Development, and Content MarketingExtensive knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and search engine ranking factorsExperience with relevant SEO tools (ex: Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, Brightedge, Lumar, etc.) and web analytics tools (ex: Google Search Console, Google Business Pages, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)Ability to read, write, and troubleshoot basic JavaScript, HTML, and CSSExpertise in A/B and other testing methods and experience measuring SEO tactics via these methodsHigh level of initiative and proven ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to rally teams from across large organizations around clear objectives and key resultsPersonal commitment to putting the customer first, prioritizing user experience above search engines, and adhering to Google Webmaster GuidelinesClear communicator, with the ability to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholdersBenefitsHealth and Dental insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributionFlexible spending accounts including: commuter and child care benefitsVision care discountsPaid vacation and holidaysCompetitive salaryEmployee referral bonusLong term disabilityLife insuranceAccidental death insuranceIndustry trainingFree healthy snacks, coffee and teasContemporary open-loft office spacePlease include salary requirements with all responses.
