Leadership team that is people focused *eligibility requirements General Managers develop a team of dedicated people delivering great guest experiences and profitable top line sales. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ Donuts standards. Required Competencies At least 3 years of experience managing employees in the restaurant industry. Preferably 1 year experience working at a quick service restaurant (QSR) in a management position. 1 year of interviewing and determining hiring decisions.

1. year of scheduling experience.
2. years of inventory and truck ordering experience.

5 years of cash handling experience. 5 years of customer service experience. 1 year of managing food and labor costs/metrics. Required availability from as early as 4AM to 10PM. Active ServSafe Certification preferred. At least 18 years of age. High school Diploma/Equivalency. Valid Driver’s License.
