Drive Store Traffic & Growth: Create strategies to attract new customers, increase foot traffic, and boost sales. Financial Management & ROI: Monitor store performance, optimize resources, and implement strategies to maintain profitability and ensure financial compliance. Qualifications: Leadership & Engagement: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage a team. Experience: Minimum 2 years of store management experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience. Customer-Centric & Team-Oriented: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and developing high-performing teams.
