Role: Electrical Project Manager

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Salary: $115K

We’re an established electrical contractor specialising in high-rise residential developments across New Jersey. We’re known for delivering quality work, meeting deadlines, and maintaining strong relationships on-site. As our pipeline continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of key projects and drive them from start to finish.

The Role

You’ll be managing electrical work across high-rise condo sites – overseeing everything from early planning and procurement through to handover. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, site foremen, and our in-house team to ensure projects run on time, on budget, and to spec.

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan, manage, and deliver electrical installations on multi-storey residential sites
• Create schedules, track progress, and manage costs
• Coordinate with general contractors, consultants, and other trades
• Manage material procurement and supplier relationships
• Support foremen with site requirements and troubleshoot challenges
• Ensure compliance with electrical code, health & safety, and QA standards
• Maintain project documentation and report to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in the electrical or construction industry
• Previous experience managing large-scale residential or high-rise projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and code compliance
• Organised and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Able to build strong working relationships on and off site
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
