HIRING NOW! Eldeco is hiring an Electrical Project Manager . This is a FULL-TIME position that will start ASAP . The position will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of industrial and/or commercial electrical projects.

Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial/industrial construction experience or other related fields
Previous commercial/industrial project management experience
Strong electrical background
Familiarity with construction management software
Procore, Bluebeam and Accubid are a plus
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Position Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of electrical projects from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Manage onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, city and county officials, and clients
Estimate and track change orders
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Forecast manpower and cost to complete projections
