\n Overview:
\nWe are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Quality Control Inspector to join our quality assurance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in quality control engineering who is looking to contribute to continuous improvement and uphold high standards in product quality. This position offers the potential to transition from a temporary to a permanent role, with direct hire options for exceptional candidates.\n\n

\n Key Responsibilities:
\n• Perform detailed quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
\n• Develop, implement, and refine quality control procedures and best practices to enhance departmental efficiency.
\n• Maintain and organize quality control documentation, including inspection records and compliance reports.
\n• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
\n• Collaborate across departments (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain) to identify and resolve quality-related concerns.
\n• Train and mentor team members in quality control methods, tools, and standards.
\n• Stay informed of industry trends and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, AS, regulatory updates).\n\n

\n Qualifications:
\n• 3+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
\n• Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, and other relevant quality management systems.
\n• Proficiency with statistical analysis tools and methodologies (SPC, control charts, etc.).
\n• Strong understanding of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other continuous improvement frameworks.
\n• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting.
\n• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
\n• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n• Familiarity with industry-specific compliance standards.
\n• U.S. Citizenship is required due to project and/or customer contract requirements.\n\n
