This position is hybrid and based out of our New York City office reporting to the office on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking an Email Marketing Manager to lead email campaigns throughout the review cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including building, testing, scheduling, and deploying emails across various member segments.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to define and implement audience segmentation strategies based on behavior, demographics, and engagement metrics.
  • Design and implement A/B tests for subject lines, content, timing, and targeting strategies
  • Work alongside marketing, design, and communications teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall organization goals, brand guidelines, and enhance the member experience.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and generate comprehensive reports, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive email marketing calendar to ensure timely and relevant communications that align with the broader marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and new technologies in email marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • Excellent project management skills to manage high volume of projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in email marketing, database marketing, acquisition marketing or related field
  • Experience working in marketing software including ESPs, CRM systems, and reporting tools such as Marketo, Salesforce MC/Pardot, Eloqua, Responsys, Microsoft Dynamics, Heap Analytics, Heap, PowerBI, Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS coding form email preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Extensive knowledge of email marketing best practices incorporating deliverability and compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL and GDPR regulations
  • Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Enthusiastic and flexible attitude and ability to work across many teams
