This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical dashboards and business users, ensuring tools are accessible, understood, and actionable. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $70 - $75 / hr. w2 Responsibilities: Stakeholder Enablement & Support Partner with HRBPs, COEs, and Talent Acquisition to drive adoption of analytics tools. Host regular office hours and monitor Slack channels to provide real-time support. Translate complex dashboard insights into executive-ready presentations and job aids. Build “follow-me-home” feedback loops to gather user insights and enhancement requests. Content Development & Communication Create enablement materials such as 1-pagers, microlearning modules, and videos. Develop tools and templates in collaboration with Learning & Development for “how-to” guidance. Document product usage cycles and anticipate peak support periods (e.g., biweekly office hours). Product & Platform Ownership Support the build and enhancement of dashboards in Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI. Stand up and maintain a centralized self-service platform for analytics tools and resources. Provide ongoing product support, including enhancements and documentation updates. Experience Requirements: Strong comfort with data and analytics tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with HR/employee data and internal clients. Proven ability to create engaging enablement content and documentation. Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and feedback collection methods. Education Requirements: Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
